We provide outpatient Occupational Therapy (OT) and Physical Therapy (PT) for children with sensory differences, Autism, ADHD, and other conditions, focusing on enhancing daily life and mobility. Our approach centers on both the child and the family.

WHAT IS OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY?

Occupational therapy is often referred to as "OT". This professional service targets deficits that impair childhood occupations, such as play, school, self-care, and social skills. Pediatric services extend from birth to young adults (transitioning from school to work or college). Occupational Therapists  work with a variety of disabilities: developmental delay, prematurity, seizures, cerebral palsy, learning disorder (dyslexia, dysgraphia, auditory processing), autism, sensory processing disorder, and childhood mental health disorders. Play being the primary occupation of children is the approach OT takes to make positive change in function. Kidz Connect Therapy provides family centered care by including parents, guardians, grandparents, and significant others as part of treatment and supporting a home program.

WHAT IS PHYSICAL THERAPY?

Physical Therapy is often referred to as "PT". Physical Therapists work with people to help them move and perform physical activities to the best of their abilities. If your child is having significant difficulty with meeting developmental milestones, such as walking and crawling, or has suffered an injury that has resulted in an inability to move and play like they once were, Physical Therapy may be indicated for your child. Our Physical Therapist will work with you and your child to improve your child’s ability to move and play successfully!

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care

will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are

not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

● You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any

non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests,

prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

● Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1

business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care

provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you

schedule an item or service.

● If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can

dispute the bill.

● Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more
